As the economy continues to recover and grow, organisations are increasingly facing challenges in retaining the right mix of skills and knowledge. At this briefing, attendees will hear about different types of initiatives to enhance employee retention including an employer case study from Google Ireland.

08.30 – 09.00 Elaine Steven, Senior CSR Advisor, Business in the Community Ireland, will explore how CSR can help you to become the employer of choice and assist in retention of employees.
09.00-09.20 Claire Hellen, HR Strategy Specialist Ibec will speak about recent Ibec findings in relation to employee retention and the types of initiatives that employers are undertaking in this area.
09.20-09.50 Presentation by Gillian Kulkarni, Google People Services, Google Ireland on initiatives by Google to enhance employee retention.
09.50 – 10.00 Discussion/Q&A
