Regions
- provides a local comprehensive human resource and industrial relations service to members
- lobbies for measures that encourage local enterprise and investment
- provides a forum for networking.
A central role of Ibec regional office network is advising members directly. The regional office offers a single point of contact for local members as each member is assigned an IR/HR specialist.
Members avail of unlimited access to and face-to-face meetings with their designated IR/HR specialist for tailored advice and information on all aspects of employee relations and human resources, including Ibec representation in negotiations, before the Labour Relations Commission and the Labour Court on all industrial relations issues, as well as representation at Rights Commissioners and Employment Appeals Tribunal (EAT).
